First Sunday in Lent.

As Jesus entered the wilderness for forty days, so we too enter the forty days of Lent. The wilderness is a crucible for transformation. Lent is a time to be made new, to be conformed bit by bit to the character of Jesus Christ. During the season of Lent, we are invited into self-examination and repentance. To aid this journey, the sermon series will revisit the seven virtues and vices from the Christian tradition. Rooting out these vices and practicing these virtues will direct our desire to growing in Christ and becoming like Christ. 

The Children's Choir will help lead us in worship this week!

Sunday School takes place at 10:45am. Children should join their families in the sanctuary at 10:30; stay through Children’s Time before heading down to classes.
